It was a great weekend for an Apple Butter Stir! It took 8 bushels of apples and 30 gallons of cider to make 200 pints of Apple Butter. A huge THANK YOU to OJHS Trustee Linda Rossler of Maumee Bay Bed and Breakfast for this wonderful event, and to all those who peeled, stirred, canned and helped with the other activities.Pints of this Apple Butter will be available for purchase at the Rollin' Food & Farmer's Market this Wednesday, October 6th on Dustin Road in Oregon.
