Michelle has served as a trustee for 6 years and was installed as President in August 2019. Michelle currently serves as Membership Chairman and also volunteers her time to assist with programs and fundraisers for OJHS. Michelle works as Assistant Vice President for Genoa Banking Company and is a member of Toledo Refining Company’s Community Advisory Panel, a member of the Finance Council for Epiphany of the Lord Catholic Church and on Oregon Women’s Network, part of Oregon Economic Development Foundation. Michelle and her family moved to Oregon in 1972 when her father, James E. Saddoris became Oregon’s Police Chief. Michelle is a graduate of Clay High School and BGSU. She and her husband, Bernie Quilter have three children and two grandchildren.
